1. What is AIS 005 service?
   AIS 005  is AIN's premium grade international direct dial service. This service enables you to make international calls directly from your phone* without going through the operator. 
   
   
2. Who can use the AIS 005 service?
   
   The AIS 005 is the service available for mobile phone and fixed line users to call every number nationwide, provided by the service operators entered the Network Uplink Agreement with AIN. In the initial stages, the service is available for AIS customers. Other network users can follow up service availability from this website.
   
   
3. How to pay service fee and when to start the AIS 005 service?
   
   1.Apply for AIS 005 : You can apply for the AIS 005 service from your mobile phone and fixed line operators. *

   • Residential Customer
     
   • Never apply to international call
     
   • Age over 17 years
     
   • Registered under AIS GSM more than 4 months and a number is active
     
   • Good payment record and not in a blacklist
   
   
   

   For AIS Customer : (One-2-Call! ) you can use AIS 005 service without subscription.

   Individual :
   Identification Card or other I.D. issued by State Agencies showing photo and card number with certified copy
   Corporate :
   Copy of identification card of person authorized to sign and binding the company as indicated in the certificate of registration (being issued for no later than 3 months)

   
   2. Service usage : For your premium-quality international call: dial 005 + Country Code + Area Code + Destination Number
   
   Remark : AIS customer can use AIS 005 service by pressing + instead of 005.
   
   Example
   
        - Call a fixed line in Taiwan, dial 005 886 2 2xxx xxxx (886 for Taiwan code, 2 2xxx xxxx for destination number)
   
        - Call a mobile phone in Taiwan, dial 005 886 9xx xxxxxx (886 for Taiwan code, 9xx xxxxxx for destination number)
   
   3. Service payment : Your mobile phone or fixed line operators will collect service fees.
   
   For the prepaid AIS or DPC users, service fees will be debited from your balance.

   For postpaid, the AIS 005 service fee will be included in the AIS or DPC statement. You can make payment as usual.

4. How is service rate?
   Minimum 1 minute, the following minutes subject to units at 6 seconds per unit and residual of unit equivalent to 1 unit. Charging rate, when call answered, is applied throughout the call.
   
   
5. How do I use the service to make international calls?
   
   To make international calls using AIS 005, just follow the simple dialing steps as below :
